HP EliteBook 2730p

Awesome machine, although its getting slow nowadays and lacks certain modern things like USB3. I got it for 30 Euro from a friend, which was good price at the time (even considering the roughed up condition and the lacking HDD).
A somewhat rare 1.8" drive with FFC is needed for these machines, though. Getting one for a decent price was a bit of a hassle. I managed to find one, but only a small one. Larger sized ones where prohibitively expensive.
I really liked it. Well build, neat features, awesome design (in my eyes anyway), worked well. Event the display was somewhat bearable. To low a resolution, but at least decent colors and contrast.
If i had it a few years earlier, i would have been completely blown away. But at the time i had it, i realy longed for higher resolution and USB 3 did became more and more a neccesity.
